Doesn't look like it has ball bearing slides. That makes it harder to open and close (that and the ton of crap I've got in mine).
I've got this in Red. It's a good value but doesn't hold a hell of a lot of stuff.

I picked up a top & bottom toolbox similar to that at Sam's a while back. It was more expensive, but the top is the same size width & depth as the bottom, has roller bearings on all shelves, came with rubber grippy shelf liners, hydraulic shocks on the lid on top, and has several more drawers instead of those doors on the bottom. It also had optional heavy duty handles for the sides. I didn't install them. I bolted the f'in thing to the studs in the wall behind it instead. I don't want my toolbox rolling into the back of someone's pickup.
