Has anyone installed a BP5A or msm cam instal on a nb if so how hard was the instal and if it's worth it?

Yes I read a thread at miata.net here is the link http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=288089
But curious if anyone in the dfw has actually done this and what results they have gotten. It's a intake cam swap
Basically the setup is a mild cam from a mazdaspeed mx-5 in a n/a nb 1999-2000 that increases horsepower by 6hp. They say it's a easy instal without many modifications just a little maintenance.
