Can't you just test fit them before you buy?
i found a winter wheel/tire package for 3oo bucks, but they are on 13s. my Q is will they fit on my 99? thanks!

I'd doubt it on a '99 but I could be wrong.
You may want to ask on www.miata.net lot more people worried about snow tire fitment that us Southern kids.

Plus, the 13" rims might help get the car a little lower for the snow. Win-win.
Depends on the wheel, to some extent. I think the CSP cars can run smaller brakes.
