I'd doubt it on a '99 but I could be wrong.
You may want to ask on www.miata.net lot more people worried about snow tire fitment that us Southern kids.
BTW. it is 74 Degrees and Sunny in Euless!
Not sure if they installed 1.6 brakes, but...

Plus, the 13" rims might help get the car a little lower for the snow. Win-win.
Depends on the wheel, to some extent. I think the CSP cars can run smaller brakes.
