Default Dent Repair on plastic bumper cover?

I have a new dent in my rear plastic bumper cover on my DD. Can you recommend a shop in NDFW to fix? To my untrained eye it looks like all that needs to happen is a push out the plastic and paint the scuff marks.

I filled my biggest pot with water... it made the plastic softer but I needed at least 3 more of the same size pots to make this possible. HF heat gun is next on the list.

^I massaged some dents out of a Miata front bumper cover using a heat gun. I took it off the car, and heated from the inside and worked outwards.

I'm going to need paint work as well to get it back to looking normal. Hence I'm thinking of resigning myself to take it to a shop. I guess I don't know how to upload a pic?..

You either have to be a supporter or host the pic somewhere else, and link to it here.

Sister backed into who knows what with a Nissan Xterra she had. I fixed the dent buy pushing it out with a broom handle. Was still scratched a touch and wrinkled a bit but that is what you get for backing into shit.
