Congrats Justin. Not sure where to tell you to go, but glad to hear you can drive it legally again.
What'd you finally have to do?
OK so I searched but didn't find a shop that everyone agrees is the place to go. Is NTB in Plano the place to go now, or is there somewhere else? Now that the Miata is steet legal again I need to start working on the other issues this being one of them.

I was not happy with my recent alignment from NTB Plano. I need to take it back and make them do it right.
Some guys got alignments from Russ Martin Automotive, but I believe there were mixed reviews on their work.
gabkwong had his done at Cobb Tuning and was pretty happy.
Good luck!

Cobb has fairly reasonable hours and are open saturday. Give them a call.
PTP might be worth the hour drive (cheaper) but that's your call.
Maybe vorshlag and bam will get a rack...
Well the weather is nice, but that makes for a really long day there and back. I'll check with Cobb first.
I actually read on Vorshlag's site that they were looking for a new space and it kinda sounded like they were looking to share a space with Cobb. Now that would be nice if it is true.

I used Fifth Gear Automotive in Lewisville for my last alignment. They do a good job and seem know how to get a good alignment on a Miata.
Congrats on the black box fix - its about time. Now get r ready for the 30th.

I went to Russ Martin right before Hallett but the car pulls to the right slightly. It has since they did the alignment but I didn't have time to take it back to them before Hallett. Now I'm looking to try someone else but won't drive more than an hour one way and won't use Cobb. Any ideas? I checked icepenguin's account on here and it says last activity was in July. Wonder if he sold his Miata?
Any particular reason you won't use Cobb?
I just had Cobb realign the RX-8 at lunch today. $99 for a job well done to my custom specs, and I was in and out in a little over an hour. Until AJ gets access to another rack, I'll be going back to Cobb.
Apparently my car picked up a little rear toe out after my off at MSR a few weeks back, which explains the evil handling last Sunday.
Seriously though, Cobb does good work and are used to working on performance cars, so you won't get any of the BS you'll get at some chain grease monkey place.

Same thing happened to my car, but I turned right back around and had them fix it before I headed to Oklahoma. They fixed the pull, and the car drives fine, but it wasn't as good as a BAM alignment... *sigh*
Fingers crossed for Vorschlag getting BAM a rack for X-Mas... early.
What's wrong with Cobb? I've read a couple of whiny rants on DFWMazdas but it seems like they do decent work. Didn't know they did alignments...

I won't use a shop where they do dyno pulls without cooling fans.

eh, when I dyno'ed at Cobb they used fans...
One of the best in DFW and a super nice guy.
He doesn't just know how to align by a machine.
He knows "why" it does what it doing, and how to get it perfect.

The very same,
He finally left DF&A after the office was phucking over folks.
He's good people.
He is indeed good people. Dallas Frame wasn't the same after he left and I didn't know where he went.
Glad to know he's got his own place now.
