"Potential" Informal AutoX January 7th @ Mineral Wells

I have decided to try and have an informal AutoX at MW, on January 7th. We are not posting this on DLB, so if you are interested, you will have to RSVP me directly. If we get too many people interested, we'll have to make it an official Club event, but for now let's just see who is interested.

$25 per person for the track rental fee. I'm still waiting to reserve the track, as Bob seems to be out of town for the Holidays.

Not sure how many runs, and the course will be fast and open. Make your co-driver fork over some $$$$

The BMW van will be on location, on time, full of goodies such as cones, and timing equipment.

We'll meet at 8am on Saturday the 7th at the Mineral Wells Airport. If you want to help set up the course, etc. I'll be there at 7am. For the Greater Good, resident AutoX Yoda Jim Harris has free reign to design the course anyway he likes.

I'm fairly certain he's open to bribes.

Depends on the start time. I'm stuck at work until about 7am unless I can arrange someone to cover for me.

I am tentatively in. Depends on if I can ring ding ditch by 2pm. I would not mind helping Jim with setup if he needs it.

Setup will start around 7am.

You should definitely be on site around 8am.

Short meeting at 9am or earlier, and then we'll start our runs.

The faster we can get it setup, the more time we'll have on course. Right now, we have 16 drivers confirmed, yet only three have paid. We will split the run groups in half, again, depending on how many we have.
